1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available if:

• A trade fails due to our system error.
• Items received do not match the agreed description.

2. Refund Process

Contact us within 7 days at support@cs2dwe.sbs. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds for user errors, such as incorrect Trade URLs or item details.
